Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
2. No-Shows: If a client does not show up for their appointment without prior notice, they will be charged 100% of the service cost.
3. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
4. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 25% may be required for appointments. This deposit will go toward the final cost of the service but will be forfeited if the cancellation policy is not followed.
